4.2 Delivery Estimate:
Your delivery estimate is dependent on the option selected at the time of order.

4.3 Multiple Deliveries:
It is possible that your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

4.4 Shipping Restrictions:
Certain items, such as notebook batteries, may only be available for delivery to mainland UK due to shipping constraints. Any restrictions are clearly outlined in the item’s description.

4.5 Packaging Disposal:
The responsibility for disposing of packing materials rests with you.

4.6 Address Changes:
If you alter the delivery address after dispatch, we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges incurred by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.

4.7 Inspection on Delivery:
Upon delivery, please inspect the goods. Any damage must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. Failure to contact us within this timeframe implies acceptance of the goods in their delivered condition, and we may be unable to honour replacements. We may request pictures of packaging and goods to verify damage and process claims with the courier.

4.8 Lost or Damaged Goods:
If the goods are lost or damaged during transit, please inform us promptly.

4.9 Unforeseen Circumstances:
In cases beyond our control, such as accidents, breakdowns, natural disasters, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, or default by our suppliers, we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. While we strive to rectify such situations promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by these events.

4.10 Reporting Missing Items:
Report any missing items or orders within 14 days (UK) and 20 days (EU).

5. Cancellation and Returns

5.1 Applicability:
This policy excludes goods ordered by businesses exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations or goods exempt from the right to cancel.

5.2 Cancellation Period:
You can cancel your contract within 14 days after the day of delivery. To initiate the cancellation process, please email, fax, or write to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations over the phone.

5.3 Reason for Cancellation:
While you’re not obligated to provide a reason for cancellation, a brief explanation would be appreciated and can assist us in enhancing our service.

5.4 Return Procedure:
If you choose to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, along with the original packaging, to us or our supplier (or any other UK address specified by us) at your expense. Ensure proper packaging to protect against damage.

5.5 Examination Period:
You have the right to examine the goods for 14 days, but goods that have been installed cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

5.7 Refund Process:
We will refund all payments, including any postage/carriage, within 30 days, deducting any costs due under this contract.

5.8 Business Customers:
Business customers or those exempt from distance selling regulations may not cancel an order without mutual agreement.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, especially in cases where goods are faulty or misdescribed.

6. Faulty Goods / Guarantee

6.1 Problem Notification:
If you encounter an issue with the goods, please inform us via email or in writing, providing details of the problem. Including a digital photograph can be beneficial, often eliminating the need to return the goods for inspection. We will address the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

6.2 Warranty Coverage:
All goods are covered by a warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions specified in that warranty.

6.3 Statutory Rights:
The warranty is an additional benefit to your statutory rights as a consumer; therefore, your legal rights remain unaffected.

6.4 Exchange Process:
If an exchange becomes necessary, it will be arranged promptly and without charge. Replacement goods will be dispatched only after the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked, unless otherwise determined at our discretion.

While the cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, we will refund your reasonable postage costs upon inspection if the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, they will be returned to you, and you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

6.5 Unavailable Items:
In the event that an item is no longer available for replacement, we will propose an alternative. However, our liability extends solely to replacing the faulty goods, and an exact match cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, you will have the option of a refund.

6.6 Disposal Responsibility:
When we replace faulty goods, you are responsible for their disposal if they have not been returned to us previously.

6.7 Liability Disclaimer:
Pulled Parts is not liable for any damage caused to the device during installation.
