Returns Policy for Retail Customers

Reporting Missing Items or Orders:
● Report any missing items or orders within 14 days (UK) or 20 days (EU) of placing your
order.

Returns for Change of Mind:
● You have a 14-day window from the day of delivery to return items, including those you
no longer want due to a change of mind.

Returns for Faulty Items:
● Within 30 days of the delivery date, you can return faulty items for a full refund.
● Within 180 days of the delivery date, faulty items qualify for a repair or replacement with
an equal or superior product.

Refund Details:
● If a full refund is issued, it includes the standard delivery cost. However, if you choose a
more expensive option at checkout, the price difference may apply.
● Store credit, non-refundable for cash, can only be used with Pulled Parts.

Return Costs:
● Returning unwanted goods is at your expense unless otherwise agreed.
● For faulty goods within the first 30 days, return costs are covered by us, and a prepaid
return envelope or label will be provided. All other return costs are your responsibility.

Packaging Requirements:
● Goods should be returned in the original packaging, ensuring proper protection during
transit.

Replacement Shipping Costs:
● We cover the shipment cost for replacements up to 12 months. After 12 months, the
purchaser is responsible for the replacement part shipment cost.


Returns Policy for Trade Customers

● Trade customers are required to report any missing items or orders within 14 days (UK)
or 20 days (EU) from placing the order.
● The standard return policy for goods purchased by trade customers is 30 days, unless
otherwise specified in the product listing. This allows for the return of unused or faulty
items for a full refund to the initial payment method.
● Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all parts come with a 1-year warranty, excluding
consumables.
● It’s important to note that a return does not extend the warranty, which applies to
replacement goods for 1 year from the initial purchase date.
● In the case of a full refund, it includes the standard delivery cost. However, if a more
expensive option was chosen at checkout, the customer may need to pay the difference.
● Return shipping for unwanted goods is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise
agreed. For faulty goods within the first 30 days, we cover the return cost and provide a
prepaid return envelope label. All other return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
● Goods must be returned in the original packaging and securely packaged for transit.
● Replacements are shipped at no cost to the customer for up to 12 months. After this
period, the purchaser covers the replacement part shipment cost.


How to Return Goods:

Initiating an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) request is easy. Send an email stating
you wish to begin the returns procedure to pocketgeekbradford@gmail.com ensuring to include
your order number, purchase date, photos and a description of the fault in the email. Next, you
will be contacted and supplied with the necessary supplies/funds to complete the return. Once
your RMA has been approved, we will proceed with either replacing the item(s) or a full refund,
in accordance with the above sections of the Returns Policy.

For secure shipping, carefully package all items. We’re here to help if you’re unsure about the
packaging; in some cases, we may even provide it. Contact our customer service team at
pocketgeekbradford@gmail.com for items weighing 5kg or more, as special arrangements may
be needed.

No account is needed to start a return. If you didn’t have an account when placing your order,
use the returns portal by providing the email address used for the order. If you’ve since created
an account under the same email, proceed as a guest to associate the order correctly.

Updates on your RMA request will be sent to the email used for the order.

You can include multiple items in one RMA if they are from the same order; for different orders,
create a new RMA for each.

For multiple RMA numbers, note them and place them in the parcel. Once an RMA is submitted,
it cannot be changed. If adjustments are needed, contact our Customer Service Team on
pocketgeekbradford@gmail.com.

If returning a battery, contact pocketgeekbradford@gmail.com with a brief description of the
issue and your order number for guidance.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT RETURN USED/FAULTY BATTERIES.


Cancellations:

This policy excludes goods ordered by businesses exempt from The Consumer Contracts
Regulations.

You can cancel your contract within 14 days after the day of delivery by emailing or writing to us;
phone cancellations are not accepted for shipped or complete orders.

Providing a brief reason for cancellation helps us enhance our service. Return the goods within
14 days of cancellation, in original packaging, at your expense, ensuring proper packaging to
prevent damage. Damaged products due to inadequate packaging may not be refunded.

You have a 14-day examination period; however, installed goods can only be returned if faulty.

We’ll refund all payments, including standard postage/carriage, within 30 days, deducting any
applicable costs. Postage is refunded upon returning the full order; partial returns won’t receive
postage refunds.

Business customers or those exempt from Consumer Contracts Regulations require mutual
agreement for cancellations.

This policy doesn’t affect your legal rights, particularly for faulty or misdescribed goods.


Faulty Goods Guarantee:

If you experience a flaw in our products, inform us via email or in writing, outlining the issue.
Providing a digital photo of the problem can streamline the process, eliminating the need for
return. We address matters in line with your legal rights.

All goods are covered by a warranty against faulty supplier workmanship and materials, subject
to the terms of the warranty.

This warranty complements your statutory rights as a consumer; both are applicable.

For necessary exchanges, we’ll arrange it promptly and at no charge. Replacement goods
dispatch only after receiving and checking the original ones unless stated otherwise.

Returning faulty goods, beyond the initial 30 days, is your responsibility. Post-inspection, we
may refund reasonable postage costs if the goods are faulty. If not, you cover the return, and
we’ll cover the reasonable postage costs.

If a replacement isn’t available, we offer an alternative. Our liability is to replace faulty goods; an
exact match isn’t guaranteed. You’ll have the option of store credit or refund.

Pulled Parts isn’t liable for device damage during installation.

Installation costs for fitting your goods aren’t covered.


Trade or Business Customers:

The following conditions apply to orders placed by Trade or Business Customers.

Orders cannot be cancelled without mutual agreement and written confirmation. Cancellation
and/or restocking charges may apply.


What does the warranty cover?

Our standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period, see
above for details. During this period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product or
part found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It covers normal use,
and does not apply to damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorised modification, or
improper storage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic
damage, consumable parts, water damage or damage due to acts of nature.

To begin a warranty claim, see above in the Returns Policy for details. Our warranty does not
cover products purchased from unauthorised resellers.

In the event that you believe we have breached the description of goods or any part of our
